Our Story and Mission
Mendo started with a simple idea. We wanted to make wine culture more relatable to our generation. Working in Napa Valley, we kept meeting people our age who felt like wine wasn’t for them. They didn’t know how to drink it, talk about it, or even where to start. And honestly, we understood why. It can feel exclusive and full of unspoken rules.
So we created Mendo. A premium clothing brand that connects wine and youth culture. Something that feels fresh, confident, and real. The name comes from my last name, Méndez, which traces back to Menendo or Mendo. It’s a personal nod to heritage and to doing things our own way.
Mendo isn’t just clothing. It’s a new take on tradition. A way to make wine feel like it belongs to everyone.
